Students and faculty travel to Winneba, Ghana during the summer of 2009. 

During their two week stay both students and faculty worked with the University of Winneba and presented workshops to teachers and students that showcased reading strategies that could be implemented in classrooms.  Students also partnered with teachers at the Methodist Primary School and spent two days in their classrooms helping and teaching students.
